Subject: Thank you for the pool cleaner!
I recently went to a local pool store to have my automatic pool cleaner checked because it was not
cleaning well. I bought the cleaner in mid-March 2008. It cost $429 (still does) and comes with a
two year warranty. It turns out I just missed the warranty date (big surprise) and the replacement
parts were going to cost me nearly $200 (that is for some little plastic leg bits, a ball bearing
and a few other plastic parts).
We already had a Salt Water Chlorination system from PoolEx and gave them a call to ask about this and found
out about their PoolEx VAC automatic pool cleaner. It has only one moving part with a 10 year warranty and
the only contact part (the blue circular plastic piece) lasts for years and costs only $14 to replace.
The best part is that it costs much less than any other pool cleaner and does an amazing job of cleaning our
pool. The pool had been sitting for a week and had quite a bit of dust and debree and in a single night (6
hours) it looked good as new. It requires less pressure than the other cleaners (leaving more pressure for
the skimmer) and cleaned both the pool floor and the sides perfectly. This is a great product and I highly

Subject: Thank You For Your Outstanding Service
We bought a home in Florida that had an older Pool Ex Deluxe Salt Chlorinator installed. The cell needed
to be replaced, however someone had previously modified the unit and wired the cell directly to the circuit
board inside the power unit, therefore the standard installation instructions could not be followed. I called
your company Saturday afternoon around 4:15PM eastern time and left a message asking for help. I was amazed
that I received a call back in less than 10 minutes and the gentleman took time to guide me through the proper
connections. The unit is working great! In todays world where it seems everyone is busy and just wanting to
make a fast buck, I was more than pleasantly surprised at the service I receieved from Pool Ex. Thank you so
much for the outstanding customer service. You can be sure I'll remember your company next time I or my
friends and family need any of the products you sell.

Subject: Magnetic Water Conditioner Product
We recently had a new salt cell installed by PoolEx and while the technician was here we asked about
a very hard calcium deposit line that was built up all around on our pool tile and water line. We
tried a lot of things from metal brushes to chemicals from the pool store to help remove this line and
have had no luck.
The technician suggested the PoolEx Magnetic Water Conditioner telling us that in between four to six
weeks the line would disappear and not re-appear again. We could not believe this but were willing to
give it a try so we bought it and my husband installed it in about five minutes. Somewhere near the
end of the fifth week he called me to come outside and we could not believe our eyes but the hard water
line and build-up was gone. The water appears clearer too and it may be just in my head but it feels
different as well.
Where has this product been and why did we not know about it sooner? No more scrubbing, no more
checmicals! We both highly recommend this product to anyone with the same problem and also recommend
PoolEx!
